All fragrances are 100% authentic. We work directly with all the brands featured on our site and maintain direct partnerships with them. We do not procure our products from any third-party vendors.

In our signature discovery sets, 1 spray bottle is 8.5ml, 0.29 fl oz which can provide you approximately 170 sprays.

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order please contact us at Support@Jalisiacollective.com. After 24 hours we do not allow cancellations.

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days following the day the order was placed. 
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and method of shipping.
